Air Travel disaster c.2014
Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 (MH17/MAS17) was a scheduled passenger flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur that was shot down on 17 July 2014, while flying over eastern Ukraine. All 283 passengers and 15 crew were killed. Let's talk about this tragedy now, which is still not resolved! I have many questions...
This all happened in the fog of war, the commercial/ civilian passenger airliner was traveling over a war zone when the disaster struck - there was some kind of attack, a projectile causing an explosion which downed the airplane. Does anybody know what it was for sure? Only those who did it, or commanded the hit to be done - they know.
I read everything on wiki pedia, all the usual fact-assumptions, but no I am not assuming. I just took it all in (wiki pedia opinion and other mainstream outlets) with a grain of salt. I added that INFO to my whole research on this controversial subject.
What is the reason why this event is pertinent now?! It is the culmination of the international litigation, which is slated for sentencing phase this month or at latest in December 2022. So this entire historical event is reaching a minor conclusion. It may not be resolved though even with the ending of the trial in the Hague. The tragedy will linger even longer.
